This policy describes what Hallowell EV Lab collects through this website, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you request availability or provisionally reserve service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, Tesla model, model year, detected vehicle generation, configuration notes, requested service and add-ons, service market, requested date and time, and installation street address, city, state and ZIP code. Giveaway entries may include your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, Tesla model and year, vehicle ownership or lease status, eligibility confirmation and separate marketing preference.
Attribution and device information
We may record the page you used, referring page and campaign fields such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content. Our website and hosting providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to check product compatibility, schedule and deliver service, confirm installed prices and equipment-payment instructions, send confirmations, prevent duplicate or conflicting bookings, administer the Power Frunk Giveaway, contact potential winners, measure demand by market and improve our website and advertising. Giveaway entrants receive marketing messages only when they separately choose to opt in.
Meta Pixel and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. It records page views and may record a Lead after an availability-interest request, CompleteRegistration after WordPress accepts a genuine provisional reservation, or HEVL_Giveaway_Entry after WordPress stores a valid giveaway entry. Hallowell EV Lab does not include form values, contact information, installation addresses or vehicle selections in those Meta event payloads. Meta may process browser and device information under its own privacy terms.
Google Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, campaign attribution fields, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions used to understand how visitors find and use this website. Hallowell EV Lab uses this information to measure traffic and improve pages and advertising. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.
Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns and session recordings so we can identify confusing or broken experiences. Name, phone, email, street address, VIN and free-text fields are explicitly masked from recordings. Clarity is configured to wait for a consent signal before optional cookies are enabled.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by WordPress, our Hostinger hosting environment, email providers, Meta and other vendors that help operate, secure or measure the website. We do not sell the contact details submitted through our booking forms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the business or the website.
Retention and security
Reservation and availability-interest records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, operations, accounting, warranty, legal and demand-analysis purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may accept or decline optional analytics and advertising tracking through the preference notice and reopen it from this page. You may also ask to review, correct or delete personal information we control, including giveaway-entry information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Giveaway entrant information is not publicly displayed. Essential security, booking and giveaway-entry functions remain available when optional tracking is declined.
